I handshape borosilicate glass in my torch flame to create a perfect angular sculpture, then burnish it with pure 24k gold leaf before annealing it overnight in my kiln for durability.
The sculpted glass tube is threaded with 14k gold fill cable chain and sits just below collar bone level, creating a minimal yet striking statement necklace which is light and easy to wear.
This contemporary necklace pictured is 5 x 5 x 5 cm approx and moves freely on a 20'' gold fill cable chain. It comes beautifully gift boxed with an optional handwritten note, perfect for gifting.
